Big Band

The Big Band has been an iconic sound for the past 100 years. From the birth of Swing, there have been those whose names have become legendary: Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, the list goes on. Despite all of the advances in music, their music is remembered and played on with the same Swing feeling that the legends had all those years ago. So why stop now?

Pieces arranged for: 5 Saxes - 5 Trumpets - 4 Trombones - Guitar - Keys (Piano) - Bass - Drums - Aux Percussion (optional) - Vibraphone (optional) - Vocal/Solo parts (where applicable)

Brass Band

With its roots in the Colieries, Mines and Factories of Industrail Great Britain, The Brass Band is an unquestionably recognisable sound. The repertoire is truly enourmous - stretching from modern pop tunes to film scores, to Jazz and all the way back to Classical pieces. Regardless, the sound is still as familiar and powerful as it has ever been.

Pieces arranged for: Solo, 2nd, 3rd, Soprano and Repiano Cornets - Flugelhorn - Solo, 1st and 2nd Tenor Horns - 1st and 2nd Baritone Horns - Euphonium - Eb Bass - Bb Bass - Drum Kit - Percussion 1 and 2 (Mixed)

Jazz Combo

What is Jazz? A difficult question. There is the obvious classic Jazz instruments like the Piano, Tenor Saxophone and Trumpet. But why stop there? These arrangements are designed to give a structure to the tunes, while also allowing the flexibility for players of any instruments to come together and enjoy playing the music we call Jazz.

Pieces are arranged for: 4 Horns (Bb, Eb and Bass Clef), Keys (Piano), Guitar, Bass, Drums and Vocal/Solo charts where applicable. Also included is a Lead sheet for any Guests or Soloists. Charts in additional Transpositions can be purchased seperately.

Rock Band

Rock as a genre has a rich history, and equally as much variation as any other style. Whether these arrangements can all be considered "Rock" is down to interpretation, but the result remains something unique. Bands like ELO, Toto, Steeley Dan, Supertramp and The Doobie Brothers have shown that the sound of Rock can be just as sophisticated as any other style, incorporating elements of Jazz, Soul, The Blues and even Classical styles. The addition of a Saxophone, Percussion and a String Quartet takes these classic songs to another level.

Pieces are arranged for: Vocals - Saxophone - 2 Guitars - Keys - Bass - Drums - Percussion - 2 Violins - Viola - Violoncello. Also included is a "Keys 2" part which serves as a reduction of the String Quartet as an alternative.

Ska Orchestra

Upbeat Ska Music, with a large Big Band setup. From it's roots in The Carribean to the iconic UK Two Tone scene, bands today still play this music with all of it's energy and feeling of unity. These arrangements keep the roots of the music in mind and scale it up to a much larger ensemble.

Chamber

Elegant chamber music arrangements for small ensembles, crafted for intimate performances with beautifully balanced parts for each musician.

Combo

Versatile combo arrangements for smaller groups, ideal for gigs, rehearsals, and performances with flexible instrumentation. In recent years we've seen a development of function/party bands, now involving bigger orchestrations. These arrangements are ideal for small bands looking to scale up and create a bigger live sound.
